Wellness coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal health goals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process.
Well coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their health goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.
Caching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 4-8 weeks, with weekly coaching emails and I will be available by email all the way through your session.
